“But Moses said to the LORD, “Since I speak with faltering lips, why would Pharaoh listen to me?” Exodus 6:30 (NIV)
God takes care of us. He equips us, prepares us, encourages us, and empowers us. When God wants us to do something for Him, He will not assign you to a situation where you will have limited effectivity. For He is perfect, He will place us where the outcome will have greater than expected results. With God on our side as we do His work, we should be expectant and know that our Lord will not fail. He won’t fail us.
We see Moses recognizing his limitations; openly he humbles himself from the task due to his limited capacity. Here we see God taking care of that concern. You can’t talk that well so “You are to say everything I command you, and your brother Aaron is to tell Pharaoh to let the Israelites go out of his country.” Exodus 7:2 (NIV).
We don’t have any limitations once God assigns us to do His work. He will bless us with the instruments we need. We will not work in lack. He will not allow us to fail for we serve a victorious God. And, we see the evidence from all of His followers from Job to Paul, of course with one exception God Himself, Jesus Christ.
As Christians, let us go deeper with the word, deeper in our relationship with Him, the deeper our love for the Lord we become stronger in faith. The stronger our faith is, we rely and submit to the unfailing outcome of His will, which is good, pleasing, and perfect. You can’t be confident without belief. You cannot have belief without faith. And, our Faith is placed on our ever-victorious God. Thus, ensuring our victory.
“This is what the LORD says–your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go.” Isaiah 48:17 (NIV)
